Unbelievable foul play!!!!

What the heck???!!! I ordered two 2-packs of these SS scrubbers. They were mailed to me after about a week, maybe less. When I opened the box, I found one package had been opened, one of the scrubbers had been removed, and then the package taped back together!!! Unbelievable!!!!! So, did the person do something to the second pad, too? Had to throw the entire (both) packages away has a precautionary measure to protect my family!!!! What the heck, Walmart?????
