I think I'm in love
This is my second Circulon covered saute pan and a step up in quality from my last one. I just got it home today and have only browned some sweet Italian sausage in it so far; not exactly the best test for a saute pan, right? I look forward to many more meals with this tool as the centerpiece of my arsenal. So far, I love how beautiful it is, and the glass lid as my last one had a stainless steel lid.
