Product details
Prevail Underpads feature a fluff core to quickly pull and lock up liquid to help keep beds, linens, chairs, and other surfaces dry and clean, and Prevail includes an Integra Mat with bonded construction that helps keep the highly absorbent material from separating or bunching together. This disposable underpad also has a cloth-textured topsheet that is soft and makes it comfortable to rest on. These underpads are enforced with an embossed poly backing, yet they have a flat seal around them so none of the plastic is exposed to where it can rest against the skin; plus, they are "C" wing folded for ease of application, and the facings are spun-bonded polypropylene which is naturally fire retardant.

Instructions
Place the McKesson underpad on the bed, chair, sofa, or wheelchair with the topsheet facing up and the backsheet facing down. Position the underpad so it covers the area where protection is needed. For incontinence use, center the pad under the user’s hips or lower back. Smooth the underpad to ensure full contact with the surface and help prevent shifting. Replace after it becomes wet or soiled. Dispose of the used pad in a trash receptacle and do not flush. Store unused incontinence bed pads in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Good for babies
I'd recommend these for babies. Like when changing pee/poopy diapers or even baby laying naked on the underpad and not worrying about anything, they're awesome!
