Worst Service I Have Ever Experienced!

Instead of going through so many details of what went wrong let me be more concise in bullet points on why I will never buy a refurbished phone and may even boycott Walmart as a whole from this day forward. 1) They sold us a STOLEN iPhone through one of their 3rd party vendors which apparently they don’t verify the quality of their product. 2) They said we could return it to the store, but then refused to accept the return even though we had an email confirmation for the return process. 3) They STILL have not followed up concerning this crime that we reported back to them and STILL have not refunded us the price of the iPhone. Needless to say I am not happy with Walmart, they don’t accept blame for actions that were undeniably their fault, and I cannot emphasize this enough STAY AWAY from Walmart especially when it comes to “refurbished” phones aka stolen and sold back to the public. You might as well be trying to buy from the black market if you are considering purchasing refurbished electronics from this sketchy “main brand” product.
