The boxchain necklace is beautiful. The way it was shipped to me was totally unacceptable. It came in a manila envelope and inside was a wadded up standard WalMart bag plastic bag. Inside the bag was the necklace loose and they didn't clasp it so the 20" chain was now full of knots that I needed to carefully undo. I paid $200 and you would think the least the employee could've done was clasp it together, wrap it in some tissue paper then put it in a very small bag folded up to help secure it from getting damaged. I assume they do not have small boxes for these purchases. Guess I should have to gone to the store %26 waited 15 - 30 mins for them to get someone to come to the jewelry dept counter %26 bought it directly.
