If you really want to use the bathroom regularly without pain or diarrhea, you've just found your best ally. They have a nice fruity taste. I started with 3 after each meal during the first week, then reduced to 3 per day. During the first week, my gas and stools had a strong odor, but after the second week everything went back to normal. I recommend them for anyone who suffers from constipation.
