1. In round 2-quart microwaveable glass casserole, combine quinoa/brown rice blend, contents of Spice Sack, 1 cups water, and 1 teaspoon olive oil.2. Cover; microwave at highfor 6 minutes. Mix.3. Cover; microwave at highfor 6 to 10 minutes or until all water is absorbed.4. Let stand 5 minutes.5. Fluff lightly with fork before serving.
