Eye Vitamins for Eye Health
When I lost sight in my right eye to macular degeneration , my optometrist suggested these Ocuvite vitamins--which I take faithfully in the morning. Along with my 6 month eye examinations, my eyesight is good in my left eye. Please let me give you some advice: if you go to your eye doctor and they tell you that you are in the early stages of macular degeneration, get those injections. Don't do like I did and let fear stop you from getting the help you need. I didn't heed the doctors warnings and six months after my appointment, I woke up blind in my right eye. I made appointments to get the shots and there was NOTHING to it. I was afraid, but paid a high price for that fear.
