The price for this item is great. There is less caffine than the Black Berry Bloks. If you are caffine sensistive try the orange Bloks. I like these for long rides to keep the carbs flowing.

Great product for endurance events

I use Clif Bloks on long (more than 5 hour) bicycle rides, one sleeve per hour. I find them easy to digest and eat while on the bike. Sometimes opening the sleeve requires me to stop, but once open, I can push from the bottom like a Pez dispenser. I wish Walmart carried more than 2 flavors - margarita, salted watermelon, strawberry and others would be nice, or the variety pack. Not sure why these are not offered.
