This so yummy! Turkey in 1" chunks, andouille sausage, and the jambalaya mix! If salt sensitive, you could always change the andouille to plain old ground sausage (it's cheaper). Next time, if I'm feeling energetic, I'm going to put it in tortillas with shredded lettuce/cheese and a tomato. Wonderful aftertaste; you don't have to drown the spices later.
