I ate these every day for a month, and my nails have never been stronger. The flavor is very good. The only thing I would suggest is to put them in your pant pocket for a minute before eating so that the chew gets a bit soft with your body warmth. These chews otherwise will hurt your teeth and jaw because they are a bit hard without this step.
