Great Value Frozen Wild Caught Pink Salmon Skin-on Fillets, 2 lb Bag

Since my all-time favorite salmon is sockeye, which I can't afford, I decided to give this wild-caught pink salmon a try. I read the reviews which were pretty good, and the price was right. Well, its not sockeye, but ...it was good! Cooked with a little olive oil, sprinkled with thyme, sea salt and ground pepper and served with great pasta. I had a really nice dinner. (Sometimes, I sprinkle a little brown Suger over the top when almost done.) One thing- frozen fish tends to retain water when defrosting, so I use paper towels to make sure they are dry otherwise you end up with sloppy fish. I will definitely buy this again. It's affordable, it's salmon, it's easy to cook and I'm so happy I tried it. It's not my sockeye but hey, this salmon works just fine !

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT AND IT FRIES, BAKES AND MICROWAVES GREAT. THE ONLY ISSUE IS THAT I HAVE ORDERED THIS MANY TIMES OVER THE LAST FEW MONTHS AND IT IS SAID TO REPEATEDLY OUT OF STOCK, EVEN THOUGH YOUR SITE SHOWS IT AS AVAILABLE. I HAVE EVEN GONE INTO THE STORE BEFORE PICKING UP MY ONLINE ORDER AND FOUND IT ON THE SHELVES AND OTHER TIMES THE CASE IT IS CONTAINED IN IS ALMOST COPLETELY EMPTY. I HAVE ALSO HAD ITEMS STATING THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK AND WHEN I WENT INTO THE STORE BEFORE PICKING UP MY ORDER, IT WAS IN FACT IN STOCK.
