The nutritional mix of this product is good

I have a teenager who lives on this stuff. I feel good about that, because he is a picky eater and the nutritional mix of this product is actually really good. He makes the shakes himself, and it's one thing I don't have to worry about. It lasts forever in the cupboard, so when we start to run low at my house, I buy five our six more containers at a time. My only complaint is that Walmart doesn't always protect it enough for shipping, so somethings the packages of shake mix bust open during transit and it makes a big mess. For that reason, I always order this product by itself and have it shipped separately. That way, I don't have to wash the powder off anything else in the carton.

It's really good on its own with just milk or added to a smoothie with some milk and peanut butter It adds extra vitamins. The vanilla kind I mix with a little thing of yogurt and a cup of milk, throw it in the blender and it's a perfect smoothie in the morning for kids who don't want to eat breakfast before school. has lots of vitamins and things that kids need for a good start to the day.

While it is higher in sugar than items developed for nutrition only, it is tasty and does add some nutrients to my breakfast. I replaced my morning cereal with greek yogurt and this powder mixed in to get more protein and nutrition. If nothing else it is tasty and mixed smoothly. It is less costly than alternatives that contain less sugar, so it is a trade off there.
