No need to go to high heat at all which saves on the gas propane also! The amount of food items we can cook are truly endless to cook on our Blackstone and we highly recommend !! Smash burgers tacos steak dogs Philly cheese steaks bacon hash browns eggs . It folds done and we can take this camping with us now as well ! No more worries if burgers will shrink or will hot dogs fall thru grate etc ! And no more lighter fluid or charcoal to purchase !!! Love love love this product !
