They are easy to swallow, no taste!! i take mine about a hr before i go to bed, sometimes if i wake up at 3am an can't go back to sleep, i take another one that's the only time I'm still tired in the morning ( if it's your first time or don't take them every nite it could make you sleepy right away) dont drive after you take them no one really knows how fast they will work, it all depends on the person taking them
