Just take a photo, Put it on magnifying, place in holder and you get a perfect trace pattern. I bought this for a gran child that loves to draw. It comes with 12 to practice, but she set them aside and off to capture on her phone. You can record and upload too.

Purchased as a gift for kid since seemed good for beginners to learn. The phone holder was too small for phone, it didn't raise correctly, and it was just cheaply made. For $30 it's good if you have your booklet and want basic lessons. It came with paper at least and good for small child
