Prepare four eggs to be scrambled. 🥚 1- tablespoon of Parmesan cheese, 🧀 1- teaspoon of mayo and mix well. 🧂 Add 2 - sausages to the mixture and scramble. 🥓 You can then throw this on a tortilla for breakfast tacos or eat them just like that. 🥚 🥯🥞🥣

I’m glad they had turkey breakfast sausage. I hadn’t tried these before, and I was amazed at how juicy they were after a few minutes in the oven. I usually buy the smoked turkey sausage for breakfast, but these are more of a breakfast sausage for me! I have eaten them with rice, biscuits and eggs, and that is my favorite combo.
