From the moment it starts brewing, the aroma is mesmerizing, the café and canela (cinnamon) take over your senses. The first sip transporting you to a small Mexican village or a beautiful lush mountain top where they grow beautiful coffee beans. When you open your eyes and you're back in your own kitchen, you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee similar to one that was simmered in a clay pot with cinnamon, star of anise and a little touch of citrus.
