ConairComfort 11.5" x 24" Massaging Heating Pad, Soothing Heat and Massage with Auto-off

I have had a few issues with whomever writes the details for Walmart products on the website. For instance, I bought a Panasonic DP-UB450 4K DVD player that showed the back panel and the remote in Chinese. They were not. Both were in English. The description for this Heating pad with vibration included a weight of 19.2 pounds and the material description was "plastic". It does not weigh almost 20 pounds (more like 19 ounces) and, although it is plastic, the description would lead your believe it is hard plastic. It is not. It is as soft as an electric blanket, (the later models). My chiropractor had told me to get and use a heating pad, that, after several people in his waiting room had said they used heating pads and liked them. This Conair pad was the only one that included vibration at a reasonable price. So I bought it despite the errors in the description. I am so glad I did. The heat is comfortable and there are two vibrating elements. One is at the lower back between the hips. The other is at the mid to upper back. This depends on how I strap it to my chair. If you move the pad, you move the vibrator's locations. It comes with two Velcro straps that were supposed to allow you to strap it to your leg, I was able to use the straps over the back of my high back computer chair that has a cloth covering. The Velcro attaches to the heating pad and the chair and holds the pad in place on the back of the chair. I use it every day.. I am using it now. The only minor complaint is that the vibrator only runs for 20 minutes. However, it is easily turned back on by moving the switch off and then right back on to :"Heat Massage". There is an intermediate switch setting :"Heat" that I never use but you can use that if you only want heat. I am very pleased with this heating pad. I thought Conair only made hair dryers. :>)

I have chronic back pain, so I use this massaging heat pad every day-several times a day, it helps so much! It has just enough massage %26 heat to reduce the pain. It is very reasonably priced too.
