Good Supplement for Hormone Support

I like this brand better than the other brands that sell DIM. This is a good dosage and a good value, as I have researched others before buying. I have been using this product for at least 3 years. It makes a difference in hormones for women and men depending what kind of hormone treatment your doctor has you on. This was recommended to me by my doctor for hormone balance after being on bioidentical hormones. My Doctor had me on a more expensive brand but this is about the same thing at a slightly higher dose and about half the price for 3 months worth, Works for me!
