Roth Goat Cheese Log

I tried the crumbles first, but the log is even better. This will pull apart into crumbles using a fork. Packing keeps this cheese fresh. The price is better than most any grocery store in my locale. The taste is sharper without all the sodium in Feta (about 3x less). Yes more expensive, but a little goes further %26 tastes better.

Wish There Was More Of It

I love goat cheese. This one is just enough tangy. If you haven't already tried it, melt some goat cheese on top of your favorite pasta sauce and eat it with either hardened bread or the great French bread that Walmart carries, so delicious. I just wish there was more.
