I've been using Elmer's wood glue for years. I have items that I have glued over 40 years ago and they are still together and have not broken apart. When I have broken them a second time, they break in a new place on the wood, not where I glued them. Cannot recommend enough.

Good !

I'm not a carpenter, but my dad was. He used more elmers glue over his 93 years of life than 93 elementary school classes would have used. He believed in elmers. I've bought this tinted 'wood glue' before - it doesn't have the shelf life of the white & doesn't seem to penetrate wood as deeply - seems like it can be pried apart without major ripping on soft woods. Bought this because 1, they had it in stock - 2, the price was significantly better than their general purpose white which apparently is in demand by youtuber's for video experiments. It cost twice the price of the ape glue price at that A store, but I was ordering some stuff from Walmart - still shocked at the prices.
