I actually added this to my cart on accident and then ended up giving one to both of my sons who are 3 and 7. They loved it. I had one myself and I would say it's pretty close to like the Gerber sweet potato puffs with a little bit of salt. It's just one of those nice to have healthier snacks so they're not always reaching for a fruit snack. I also think that it works great for like after sports activities, especially like soccer or even going to the park or the beach where it doesn't have all of that sugar to weigh them down. I intend to re-purchase it again.
