Very happy so far. Runs wonderfully, hooking right up to any device so far. Using mostly for schoolwork and some business stuff. Mostly internet access, reports, Canva, and printing but glad to have a little more potential in it as more is asked of classes and business development. I do run a lot of tabs for research and would swamp my Dell's i5 core. So hopefully the Ryzon will be a better experience.Initial down load was a little of a wait, but mostly because we were eager to check it out.Good touchpad response. My Dell's was really jumpy and had sensitive spots outside of the pad area so the cursor would go out of place if anything touched the sides. I just adapted and didn't ever bother complaining. But this is relaxing in comparison.The fan is quieter too.Shipping was fast.

I purchased this computer without fully doing my due diligence until after I ordered it. I was pleasantly surprised that the company is family owned and that the company was well respected.In using this laptop for the past 60+ days, I am very happy with my purchase. The extra RAM accelerates the initial boot up and maintains very fast multi-tasking. While I am not a gamer and I use the laptop for business & personal use, I feel this device would also perform very well for gamers.The only thing I can think of that would improve this marvelous device is a touchscreen. However, that might not be the possible for a fast screen refresh rate, which this device has.VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS PURCHASE !!!
