I bought this for the dough hooks for making tortillas, and I'm very happy with the way it made making them much easier than hand mixing and kneading. My big surprise is that I didn't realize that it came with an egg beater, which turns out is perfect for making my quiche using yogurt and 7 eggs. My least favorite part of making my quiche was trying to get those two ingredients incorporated. The mixer took maybe 30 seconds for a perfect mixture.
