Shipping was fast. The set came with four lights. I charged them in the sun for about four hours and they worked right away. The push‑button makes switching between light modes easy. The lowest setting gives a soft but useful light. The second and third modes are much brighter. The motion sensor works well—it switches from medium to bright and stays on for about 15 seconds. I'm planning to attach these to the fence on the dark side of my house, and they should provide good security lighting.

Even the lowest brightness setting is super bright on these lights! I'm very happy with them, they stayed on, on the lowest setting all night. I haven't tried leaving them on the brightest all night, as that would run the battery down a lot faster. I uploaded some pictures of the brightness settings to give you an example of what I'm talking about. The first photo is of 1 set to low brightness and 3 set to high brightness all together to compare. The second is what it looks like with only low brightness on all of them. The third is an up close of a light set to low brightness, and the last is of an up close of a high brightness setting. I'm afraid they all had to be taken at dusk, so you won't be able to tell how truly bright they are, but I didn't want to risk trying to climb our back yard hill in the dark, with or without the new lights! The housing is great, it's heavy duty plastic, very thick and very sturdy. We had a storm today and they still worked just fine. The light does great sensing when someone is moving around, so if you are using the lights for strictly security, these will be a great choice. They come with the option of using screws to mount them, or double sided tape, I recommend screwing them in, especially if you live in a humid area, or water your plants nearby, where the tape may erode faster. I am very glad I can finally see my tiny Chihuahua when he goes up the hill to do his business. I get so nervous when I can't see him, and at least I know if I have to climb our steep hill to retrieve him, that I'll be able to see where I'm stepping. Very happy with how bright these are, I will definitely buy some more!
