Ok so these are the best value non-garbage non-fake sugar protein and fiber cookies you can buy. They taste good, just obviously not like real normal cookies since it is made of vegetable proteins. Most of these flavors taste the same because they are made of the same thing lol. CONS - we call these F@RT cookies because that's what happens. Massive f@rting attack hours after eating them. I am not joking. Loud, stinking, non-stop f@rting. It's not causing stomach discomfort, but it is causing really bad 2-3 hour long f@rting episodes and it's made me stop eating them when I have to do certain things like be in public lmao. It's real nasty and I hope they find a way to fix that. I can't be the only one. Nothing has ever made me f@rt this nasty before. Vegetables and fruit in my diet does cause f@rting episodes but not like this. This is something unholy and never before seen. Beware. I eat these as meal replacements when I'm too lazy or have no time to eat breakfasts or when I need extra protein and calories for the gym. I do need extra fiber but whatever this is doing is causing a f@rt storm after every cookie.
