MODVEL Donut Knee Brace With Strap Blue (Small)

I ordered it in an XXL and received it in an XL! It does fit, but the way it's made there are two thicker straps on one side and two thinner straps on the other. It was kind of awkward to put on it; the other knee brace I have has more balance in the attachment straps. A younger person might not have as much trouble than I with arthritic hands. However I must say it's very comfortable; the padding is soft, very nicely padded. Some slippage after wearing a few hours . ( I think I might have done better with the extra extra large.) Besides having arthritis, I damaged my MCL 10 years ago, not to mention dozens of knee sprains to this particular knee from sports, in my youth. (65 yo lady). I use a knee brace on my left knee as much as possible especially at home because they tend to help with the stiffness and pain, etc.. This brace helped with that as well as any other I've had. My reservations for recommending, besides getting the wrong size ordered, is a Walmart shipping issue that I've had before and have complained. this was also sent in a medium large box about 18 to 36 in and did have some air pads in it, but the product box arrived smashed so if it hadn't been a fabric type item ...??? I don't know why they don't use padded envelopes for things like this, because it seems the shipping would be less and the item would be better protected!
