We have upgraded our mattresses with reinforced seams and thicker PVC material in all units made since October 2025 for superior leak resistance. For best results, inflate fully and let settle for 2-4 hours before first use.

The PVC material naturaly stretches and expands with use. We suggest inflating the mattress completely, then defating it once. This process allows the PVC to fully stretch, helping the mattress maintain its firmness throughout the night.

1. Prepare: Find the leak, scrape off all the surface pile around it, and clean it.
2. Patch: Apply glue to both the area and the patch. Wait 1-2 minutes until tacky, then press the patch on firmly.
