Good fiber

Who knew there are (at least?) two different kinds of fiber. My understanding is this one is not the one for heart health, but if you're interested, look it up. This one's greatest feature is it IS fiber so that's helpful any way you look at it. It really does dissolve completely and really doesn't have any taste.

Optifiber does the job of Benefiber!

When Benefiber became impossible to find, and/or too expensive, I searched for an alternative. This is it! As close to identical as my system can tell (and mine is sensitive)! Stir it together with a dry ingredient--such as a breakfast drink powder (Carnation vanilla or chocolate), and milk, or even a little sugar and water, FIRST, and this won't clump up even in cold liquids! (It's science!!!) Fruit drinks don't work as well.
