Love my 2.0

I love the improvements the 2.0 has compared to the previous machines I had. I am hoping this last longer then the others that only worked 6 months to a year. I use this every day, at least 2 cups per day. Love the way it draws out the delicious taste of each coffee pod. I have used the carafe at family parties and it worked great. I have no negative comments so far but I have had it yet a year.

Just as expected

Hubby uses Keurig for daily coffee brewing. Since he only uses Keurig cups anyway, the exclusivity of this brewer is not an issue for him. The addition of the carafe is a plus when he brews a pot to fill a thermos. I use the machine to dispense hot water for tea. An 8oz. or 10oz. setting for hot water would be helpful.

Such a shame :(

I can't believe they would release this product before creating the device allowing the customer to use their own coffee. On top of that, they didn't warn long time customers on any of the packaging of this situation, so they bought it blindly and had to find out after the fact. Management should be fired!
