Electric skillet
I have not as yet done any serious cooking in this pan. I followed directions on how to clean and “break it in”. Brush it inside gently with oil, heat it on 150 for 3 or 4 minutes. Turn if off and let it cool then wipe it clean. But it does its job with heating. You can fry any thing in it and you don't have it petrified trying to brown it. I'm going to treasure this skillet. It's been years since I've found one that really gets hot enough to fry. I would buy it again if something happened to this one.
