I love these bars

I feel like I am cheating when I eat these bars, but they are Bariatric surgery approved, so I eat them and don't have cravings for sweet cakes and other things. Light and Crispy, thinly coated and layered with crisp wafer and creamy filling, they really are delicious. Get ya some!

Tasty with a decent amount of protein

I like these protein bars because they have a crispy texture which is pretty different from the usual chewy or gooey protein bars. The flavor is relatively light (read: unoffensive) compare to other protein bars; no weird after-taste. I like that they have a moderate amount of protein (about 14g/bar) and a reasonable amount of calories. Despite their light, airy texture, they are somewhat filling. I will have one for breakfast.

I was looking for a low carb, low sugar bar & decided to try the Vanilla bar. It tastes really good & helps satisfy my craving for something sweet without the big carb, big calorie footprint! I like the crispy wafer texture. Looking forward to trying the Chocolate & Peanut Butter bars.
