This lightweight electric hand mixer is really powerful! I have an old model hand mixer that is so heavy it really is not pleasant to use. But this little mixer is just right and the motor is so powerful, I tested the speed and made a big mess at the 7 setting because it splashed everywhere. I love it, and how it is easy to store the beaters in the storage unit that the motor unit rests on. I'm impressed and the price is definitely great.
