My daughter personally does gymnastics and is usually super thirsty after her sessions and is needing some electrolytes with these drink packets getting their hydration electrolytes in is no problem, especially with on the go Gatorade stick packets. It makes it super easy to throw in a water bottle shake it up and hand over to my daughter, she loves the taste of almost all of these packets and when you open up the packet, you can tell how strong each packet is because you can smell the scent of each flavor as soon as you open the packet all in all this is a great product.

It dissolves quickly and perfectly in my water bottle, with no chalky aftertaste. This makes staying hydrated after a long workout effortless and enjoyable.
