PRORECK PR18 is an 18-inch powered PA subwoofer built to add real low-end impact to a first DJ or live-sound rig. A high-efficiency Class-D amplifier delivers 400W RMS (800W program / 3000W peak) to an 18-inch driver with a 3" voice coil and 60 oz magnet, helping kick drums and bass lines feel tighter and fuller. For clean integration with your top speakers, the variable crossover lets you set the low-pass point from 40–160Hz, and a 0°/180° phase switch helps align bass when placement changes or when you add a second subwoofer. Hook up fast with a balanced XLR combo input or stereo RCA input, then feed your system using the XLR full-range output or the filtered XLR high-pass output (100Hz–20kHz) for your tops. Frequency response is listed at 28–300Hz, with low frequencies down to 40Hz for solid bass reinforcement. The plywood cabinet is designed to reduce resonance and handle real transport, and the unit weighs about 77 lb with side handles for load-in. Runs on 115V AC power for U.S. outlets.
