Tramontina Ceramaware 20-Piece Ceramic Nonstick Cookware Set, Wine

I recently got my 20 pieces Tramontina Cerama Ware set and have been thoroughly impressed with its quality. The interior ceramic coating is exceptional, comparable to the outstanding non-stick performance of my Tramontina Cold Forged 3-piece fry pan set. It delivers a truly effective non-stick surface that performs beautifully across a wide variety of meals. The pans feature a flat base that provides excellent stability and full contact on gas, electric, and glass-ceramic stovetops (note: they are not compatible with induction cooktops). The bottom has fine concentric circular grooves that radiate from the center, helping with even heat distribution while giving the base a nice, polished look. The set comes with six versatile cooking utensils, a matching spoon rest and three silicone trivets in different sizes, all matching the exact color of the pans. For my first test, I cooked an egg using just a little bit more than a pinch of butter. The egg glided across the surface, much like skating on ice (see recording attached). Overall, I highly recommend the Tramontina Cerama Ware collection to anyone seeking durable, versatile, non-stick cookware that offers easy and quick cleanup and excellent price performance.

I was eager to integrate this new cookware into my kitchen, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The collection is visually stunning, offering a sophisticated, bold aesthetic—particularly the deep teal hue that coordinates seamlessly with the matching utensils and trivets. I’ve found the trivets to be impressively versatile; they transition perfectly from stovetop support to a heat-safe resting spot for my tea. While the flat-top lids lend the set a sleek, modern silhouette, the absence of a steam vent is a minor drawback when simmering delicate sauces or rice. Overall, however, the set is as functional as it is beautiful, and I look forward to featuring it in my upcoming recipes.
