Red's Gluten-Free Turkey Sausage Egg'wich Breakfast Sandwich, 3.9 oz, 4 Count (Frozen)

I had never heard of these until reading an article that a dietitian had written stating that she kept these readily available in her freezer for mornings that she was rushed to get out the door. They are gluten free, high in protein, low in carbs %26 calories, etc., and about as healthy as an option one could grab in a hurry. I decided to give them a try and the flavor did not disappoint. They are quick to heat up in the microwave in a couple of minutes or less, depending on the wattage of the microwave. The price point is about what I would expect but still a cheaper and healthier option when compared to other quick grabs.

My niece eats them for breakfast once in a while as they are a bit expensive, but she's glad there isn't any onion or garlic, they upset her stomach and cause other digestive upsets. the turkey is delicious, the egg is great, and the cheese is delicious.
