I recently found out I was anemic so looked for a iron supplement and chose this one. I heard this type of Iron causes less stomach issues. These capsules are easy to swallow even though they are big. No aftertaste. I haven't experienced any stomach issues thus far. I also like there isn't extra ingredients in them.
