We absolutely swear by this brand. My husband uses it for his CGM to help keep it in place since he has experienced the monitor falling off at times. This tac prevents that from happening. The only issue I've noticed that's really not a big enough deal is how strong it is. Mostly regarding the residue. Because of how sticky it is, it does leave residue abit so it takes a little bit of a scrub with alcohol to remove. We just look at it as a good thing though because it means no worries about the CGM falling out, ever!

Nice and Sticky

I use these to increase the adhesion of the clear dressing I use to attach the sensor for my CGM to my body. They're just the right size and the ease of use is, well, easy. The adhesion doesn't last forever of course but I get a week or so out the dressing even though I wash up or shower regularly so the stuff holds up decent even when wet. They do make removal of the dressing a little bit more difficult since they're essentially glue, but but nothing major and it's worth it because they definitely help keep the dressing on. I've used them for years and I don't see any reason to change.

My hubby had to wear a heart monitor for a month and learned he was allergic to the adhesive on the pads. Thankfully, daughter (nurse) told us about this. He had to pause use of the monitor for a week for his chest to heal but using SkinTac has worked to create the barrier needed while not interrupting the use of the monitor again.
