i received it within 3 days of ordering as stated when purchased. It was well packaged and did not have any damage. Assembly: --- You will want 2 people to assemble this. The pieces are large and having one set of hands to hold them in place and another to make up and tighten the bolting will save you a great deal of time and keep from having panels bend or not align properly. --- With 2 people, it took approximately 30 minutes to unbox and completely assemble. --- The allen key for the bolt heads and wrench for the nuts are provided with the hardware. The wrench is very generic, and I can only imagine would add time, frustration, and scraped knuckles to the assembly. Use a ratchet and a 13mm socket instead. Much faster and easier to access nuts than the wrench provided. There are (2) longer bolts used on one of the pieces that you'll need a deep-well socket or a regular wrench on, otherwise a standard socket fits the other 54 nuts very easily. --- The bottom of the wagon is 2 pieces bolted together lengthwise. When bolted together there are a few very thin gaps between the 2 pieces in between the bolting points. If you plan on hauling fine dirt or sand regularly AND are able to store the wagon indoors all the time, it wouldn't be a bad idea to run a small bead of caulk between the two lips before bolting together to seal it and prevent any product loss while traveling with it. Mine will be stored outside mostly so i left it unsealed for water to drain. Quality: The panels are on the thinner side and seem like they will bend easily. However, once everything is assembled and bolted together, they are quit strong. I have hauled full loads of gravel, dirt, and mulch with zero durability issues. The only thing I would change is the tires. The tires are decent quality, but are thinner than what you would expect on a wagon carrying weight through a yard. I think if they were used on a wet soft yard they would leave ruts if the wagon was fully loaded with weight. My use is strictly basic yard work, so if the yard is wet and soft it is no problem to wait a day or two. I still think I'll end up swapping the tires out to a wider more turf friendly set later on. I think the quality and price are both very good and do not regret making this purchase. I would also recommend this to friends and family.
