I really like prime rib, ribeye steaks I also like my steaks with a thick cut over an inch is perfect. The meat that I got was excellent quality, but it was thin cut. I mean about a half an inch thick, which, in my opinion makes it difficult to sear, and yet still get a rare or medium rare meat, which I like I have bought prime steaks from many different ranches across the country. Just trying to find the best quality and meat that is excellent to cook and get the proper sear for these steaks were the thinness cut of any I have purchased via the Internet.. The quality of the meat was definitely prime, but the cut was just too thin for my liking.
