The Best Alternative.

These links are a staple in our house. I've moved into a lighter calorie framework and three of these are about 100 calories, which is perfect for an omelet or in a pasta dish. I also like them wrapped up in an egg wrap (which I wish I our Walmart carried). These sausages are not carried at all of our local stores, so I buy it when I can.

who can eat breakfast without sausages?...This bag of sausages last me from month to month, no kidding. I love to eat 3 of these sausages with 2 eggs almost every morning to start my day and I'm sure these sausages are much more healthier than the ones made from the pig. these taste great and for the cost and the quantity that you're given, you cant go wrong....love em.

Sausage links are very tasty.

My family loves these. They are quick and convenient and not nearly as fatty as regular sausage links. I like the bagged more than the boxed ones. They stay fresher IMO. Take out what you need for the meal and then reseal the bag and plop it back into the freezer. They are easy to reheat, either in a skillet or air fryer. But they tend to pop a bit and can make a little mess in the air fryer, so I usually use a skillet with a little water and cover with a lid. Enjoy!!!
