Just add olive oil Pizza dough cheese and toppings set oven to 425 degrees and bake 20-25 minutes and you have Pizza Parlor pizza. One 16" Pizza just add 2.25 cups AP flour, 1.5 tsp instant yeast, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp olive oil, and 3/4 cups 2 Tsp cold water into food processor and process until it starts to form a ball. Remove knead for a couple minutes and put in covered and oiled bowl for 2.5 hours. punch down and roll out on oiled pan. add sauce cheese and toppings (in that order) and bake until brown and bubbly perfection.
