I have owned four other trimmers in my lifetime, none of them were nice to use, the outside SS housing of the nose inserts all look the same but most of the inner spinning blades are crude dull junk that pulls, yanks and still leaves quite a bit of the nose hairs. I studied the product info and images closely before ordering. THIS is different - a more powerful motor with a metal shaft spins much faster and has a gentle clean and precise trimming effect that lets you trim closer so it can be a longer time before the next trim. It takes a lot less time too, because it cuts so well with a single pass. Worth a few dollars more. Having said that, I feel lucky because the other two accessories in the kit are poor performers. The fins or guard fingers in front of the oscillating blades are way too long. They are not right for trimming off ear hairs or the area where the top of your ears meet the scalp hair. They may work as beard or moustache trimmers but I have neither, and a shaved head. The battery quickly charged to 99% (no big deal, but there is no half digit to display 100%) and it only dropped 1% during all my trimming and testing. I like the way the ring around the power button illuminates when it is running. So only the nose trim function is what earns 5 stars and that was most important to me.

My husband loved this grooming accessory from trimming his mustache to lining his sideburns. Overall a very good product for men.
