Great cheese! Great packaging destroyed by deli

Great tasting cheese! If we could just get the deli to not cover the nice cheese bag they put it in with the price tag so we have to rebag the cheese. They use a nice zip bag and destroy it with their label over it. There is no way to remove the label without destroying the bag.

no paper layers cannot fix a decent sandwich

The deli fails to separate the slices with the paper layers. therefore if you take a slice out of the bag it gets damaged and crumbles, because the slices stick to each other. also several time the deli saved their time by cutting thicker slices… there should be a feature when you order to select the size of the slices from 1 to 5, just as yiu would order when you are there in person. THIS OPTION IS MISSING!!! no paper layers happens over and over again- no communication between chat agents and deli to reinforce the policies of separating cheese slices with paper layers. Yes it takes more time, but thats why you go and order from deli. Take pride and do your job deli staff.
