Excellent customer service

I can?? speak to the quality of the item because it?? a gift, however, I do want to review the customer service. The first package I received was a mess. The boxes were broken and the contents were spilled out all over. Not in gifting condition for sure. I contacted customer service and they worked with me to make sure I was fully satisfied. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

Loved the squishy's. The flock clumped, I shook it in the bag and dusted one off and let another sit over night and both had flock balls. Grandbabies Loved them but we had to pick a lot of flock clusters off, continously. One I tried to wash off and it got tacky again. I bought two extra bottle, that don't come with flock, since I have 7 grandbabies. A bit skeptical to give my youngest one due to the excess clusters of flock. Cute fun squishy's, just need to figure the flock situation.
