I've been wanting to get this one for awhile now. Today I made a carrot bisque and this thing came in super handy. I used the chopper for the onions instead of breaking out my big food processor and blended the bisque with the immersion blender vs breaking out the full size blender. It was super easy to use, doesn't take up much room and definitely worth the money.
