Tim Tams are my favorite chocolate cookie. I discovered them years ago when I lived in Australia. Be cautious, however, in ordering chocolate in hot weather. It is early July and I live in Texas. I took a chance that the cookies would survive. They did in spite of minor melting. An Australian relative demonstrated how Aussies enjoy them. He took a nip from two opposite corners and then dipped one end in coffee and sucked coffee through the cookie. Enjoy!
