I've used Scotch Self laminating sheets for a long time. They are easy to use easy to peel, they vote a specific area to start the peel. As long as you're slow and careful. You should never have an issue and they keep whatever you want to protect last a long time. And their pricing is pretty reasonable especially online. I like to use them for drawings my grandchildren make me, to protect them and put them on the fridge and older photos. I don't want to get ruined that I put on my fridge. Just about anything you want to protect and have it last longer. I cover a small photos on both sides, put them on a vase that has a flat enough surface and give as a gift or when I give flowers, you can also write special notes to attach to just about anything. I also use their laminating pouches because I have a laminator, but if you don't have one, the self laminating ones are just as good. My photos here are 15 years old, they've weathered in my kitchen, so if kept in a keepsake box they would do much better. Still look better than food, water, other things that could cause them rip.
